No Pitch Club is a creative industry initiative with a simple, radical idea: designers and agencies shouldn't have to work for free to prove they're worth hiring. Beyond Agency built the initiative from the ground up—and I was responsible for the visual identity that would make that idea feel like a movement.
THE CREATIVE CHALLENGE
The brand had to do real cultural work. It needed to feel like something creatives actually wanted to belong to—not a corporate initiative, but a rallying flag. The identity had to be simultaneously punchy and professional, with enough wit to travel through social media organically.

THE THINKING
"Ditch the Pitch" is a confrontational stance. The visual system had to match it.
I designed a brand that leans into boldness without tipping into aggression—vibrant, graphic, with a tone that's confident rather than preachy. The sticker packs and badge assets were designed specifically to be adopted and shared: identity as activation tool.
