Tixserve had a strong product—a white-label digital ticketing platform trusted by some of the world's largest event organisers and stadiums—but their visual presence didn't match their ambition.
After a rebrand, they needed motion and animation work that could carry the new identity into video and web, communicating both technical credibility and the energy of live events.

THE CREATIVE CHALLENGE
Digital ticketing is an unsexy category. The instinct is to go corporate and safe. The opportunity was to inject kinetic energy—motion that felt as alive as the events Tixserve enables.
Every animation choice had to serve two audiences simultaneously: the technical teams evaluating the platform, and the fans whose experience it would shape.

WHAT I MADE
Within the Beyond Agency team, I led the motion design, video production, and website graphics—responsible for translating the refreshed brand into animated assets, web visuals, and a promotional video that captured Tixserve's "fast-paced, forward-thinking" personality.
The visual language leaned into momentum: fluid transitions, purposeful pacing, nothing static. The goal was for someone watching or browsing to feel the product before they read a single spec.
