Unloc is a tool discovery platform built by creatives for creatives—a single, searchable hub for the best software, platforms, and extensions across 16 different categories.
I conceived the brand from zero: the voice, the idea, the visual identity, and the creative direction. While Beyond Agency helped develop the website.

THE CREATIVE CHALLENGE
The problem I was solving was one I'd lived personally: as a creative, you're constantly drowning in tool recommendations with no reliable, well-designed place to make sense of them. The opportunity was to build something that felt like it was made by a creative—not another generic SaaS directory.

THE THINKING
I started with the brand's core promise: confidence through clarity. I named it "Unloc" and then built around the idea of access and possibility—removing the friction between a creative and the right tool for the job. The visual system had to feel organized and intelligent without becoming cold.
Animated, kinetic, with personality. The brand voice was direct and peer-to-peer, as if one creative recommending to another.
